1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of refurbished electronics through the Notebook Brokers wholesale platform. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All transactions are B2B (business-to-business) only. A valid EU VAT number is required to place orders.
2. Product Grading
All products are graded according to our standardised visual and technical grading system. Visual grades (New, A, B, C, D) refer to cosmetic condition only. Technical grades (Working, Working*, Not Working) describe functional status. Grades are assigned by trained inspectors and are final at time of shipment.
3. Pricing & Discounts
All prices are shown in EUR excluding VAT. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on total order value of individually selected products. Wholesale lot prices already include applicable discounts and are not subject to additional volume discounts.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer (SEPA), credit card, and other payment methods as specified at checkout. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Returns & Warranty
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that do not match their stated grade. Items graded as "Not Working" are sold as-is and are not eligible for return based on non-functionality. To initiate a return, contact our support team with order details and photographic evidence.
7. Limitation of Liability
Notebook Brokers' liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer's country.
